Top tips include: (in IE Tools Internet options)
1. Turning off something new called Phishing blocker.
2. Adjust Privacy settings to low.
3. Adjust Security to medium.
Try these one at a time starting with 1. to see if they clear the problem.

Northeast Utilities/Connecticut Light and Power announce 21.5% increase in 2006. 17.5% on Jan 1 and 5% in April. A huge increase for power yet what they say they need to maintain reliable service. We're pretty disgusted with these folks. Where we hear a lot about their promotionals, offers and interest in gaining public opinion, hear nothing concerning securing Connecticut's energy grid against widespread outages such as happened in 2004.
